Everything travels by post.
There is no shop floor and nothing to collect. Your order is packed and posted to the address you give us. Here is the rest of what is worth knowing, and what to ask before you order.
How your order travels
One parcel, addressed to you, handed to the post. We will confirm what is going out and where it is going before it leaves, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Postage and timing
What postage costs and how long it takes depends on where you are. Ask us before you order and we will confirm what applies to your address rather than quoting you a number that was written for somebody else.
If something is not right
The wrong size, a fault, or a piece that simply is not what you hoped: send us a note with your order details and we will work out the next step with you. Say it early. It is always easier to fix early.
Before you order
If you are unsure about a measurement, a fabric, or whether a piece will reach you in time for something, ask first. We would rather answer a question than send back a parcel.
Ask us about your address.
Tell us where you are and what you are looking at, and we will come back with the postage details for your order.
